Passenger Guide

Check-in

The check-in area is located on the first floor of Terminal A and has 55 check-in desks for the airlines operating at the airport.

Once at the airport, passengers must check the check-in desk number for their flight on the monitors, and then make their way over there to request a boarding card and check any baggage for the hold in.

The check-in desk number appears on the monitors at least 2 hours before departure.

If you have carried out check-in procedures online or at the special self-check-in desks and you’re only travelling with hand baggage, then you can make your way straight to the security checkpoints.

You are advised to arrive at the airport within the time specified by the airline and to check the expiry and type of document required to reach your destination. In addition, at the time of booking, it’s important to let the airline know of any passengers with special needs: babies under the age of 2, minors travelling alone, PRM passengers, or animals.

What to bring

Please remember to bring a document of your identity valid for the leaving the country (in accordance with the requirements of your destination), your flight ticket and any baggage.

Check the size and weight of your baggage on the airline’s official website: each air carrier establishes the size and maximum weight per passenger.

If you possess airline or airport cards (loyalty cards, frequent flyers, priority), remember to bring them with you so you can take advantage of services or opportunities reserved for you. Always have your boarding card and ID to hand: you’ll be required to show them at security checks and when boarding.
